Dive into the full article to see if the Smart Band 10 Pro is the perfect upgrade for your fitness journey.
First impressions
I have now used the Xiaomi Smart Band 10 Pro for a couple of weeks and have had time to form a fairly clear picture of what it has to offer. It is a stylish and modern smartwatch that feels surprisingly premium considering the price. Setup was quick and smooth, and within just a few minutes, everything was up and running. The strap is made of soft rubber that sits comfortably around the wrist, and the large AMOLED screen makes it easy to navigate between features without straining your eyes. It feels lightweight, sleek, and more high-end than its price tag suggests.

Technical specifications
Technically speaking, the band is equipped with a bright AMOLED screen of just over 1.7 inches, making it easy to read even in bright sunlight. In terms of sensors, it has everything you would expect from a modern activity tracker: heart rate monitoring, blood oxygen saturation, stress levels, and sleep analysis. There are over 150 workout modes to choose from, and the battery lasts for up to approximately two weeks depending on how much you use GPS and health features. You can choose for yourself what you want the watch to measure, and if you have everything enabled, the battery drains a bit faster, but it still offers really good battery life.
All data is collected in the Mi Fitness app, which works on both Android and iOS and provides a clear overview of health, exercise, and sleep. You can also check, for example, last night’s sleep directly on the watch if you wish.

What’s good
What I appreciate most is how easy it becomes to keep track of your health in everyday life. You quickly get a sense of your heart rate, stress levels, and sleep patterns, and for those who want to track their cycle, the app works really well. Additionally, it is convenient to be able to see who is calling or texting directly on your wrist, especially when you don’t have your phone close at hand. However, it is somewhat disappointing that you actually cannot reply to texts or calls via the watch. In other words, you can only see notifications/who is calling. The combination of smart features and a low price makes the band feel like a very affordable alternative. The screen is also one of its greatest strengths; it is both sharp and responsive, which makes the whole experience feel more premium than expected in this price range. An even bigger bonus is that it is waterproof up to 50 meters, which means you can even track swimming as a workout.

The Mi Fitness app collects all the data gathered by the watch. It is clearly structured and relatively easy to understand, even for those who are not particularly tech-savvy. When you open the app, you are greeted by a simple home page displaying today’s steps, heart rate, sleep, and stress levels. For those who want to dive even deeper, there are plenty of details to delve into: everything from sleep cycles and oxygen saturation to workout history and recovery. The app also makes it possible to customize the watch to your own needs, for example, by choosing which measurements should be active, which notifications should be sent to the wrist, and what the watch face should look like. Syncing between the watch and the app is fast, and I haven’t encountered any issues.

What’s not so good
There are a few weaknesses that have become apparent during my use. Since about 60 percent of my exercise right now consists of stroller walks, I quickly noticed that the step count doesn’t quite keep up when both hands are resting on the handle. At the end of the day, my Samsung S26 Ultra could show around 4,000 more steps than the band had registered. However, when I started a workout directly on the watch, for example “Walking,” the measurement was significantly more accurate, suggesting that the sensors work better when the activity is explicitly activated.
Sleep tracking also has its limitations. With a small baby who wakes up many times a night, I noticed that the band only registered about half of the awakenings, even though I had actually gotten out of bed and moved around the room. This means that sleep statistics sometimes appear a bit too optimistic and don’t quite reflect how the night actually was.
Summary
In summary, the Xiaomi Smart Band 10 Pro is a really good and affordable activity tracker for those who want to keep track of health, everyday exercise, and notifications without spending a fortune. It is stylish, easy to use, and packed with features that make everyday life easier. At the same time, you should be aware that the step count isn’t always completely accurate during stroller walks and that sleep tracking can miss some awakenings. For everyday use, it works excellently, but for those who require maximum precision in all measurements, it may be worth looking at more advanced alternatives.
