Utilizing gravity, players can roll, glide, and fly to traverse these vast landscapes. Exploration is key as you navigate both aerial and underwater realms, uncover hidden secrets, and ultimately progress to the next stage. The game allows for a significant degree of player agency in how you explore its world.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large is-resized\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.senses.se\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/comet-1440p.jpg\" data-rel=\"penci-gallery-image-content\" ><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.senses.se\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/comet-1440p-1000x562.jpg\" alt=\"Foto: \u00a92024 \u2013 Exbleative - Exo One - The creation of life.\" class=\"wp-image-71548\" style=\"width:790px;height:auto\"\/><\/a><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">Photo: \u00a92024 \u2013 Exbleative<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Exo One<\/em>, developed by the Australian studio Exbleative, initially launched on PC in November 2021. It has now been ported to <strong>Playstation 4<\/strong> and <strong>Playstation 5<\/strong>; this review is based on gameplay on the latter. The console port exhibits solid technical performance, with <em>Exo One<\/em> running smoothly and retaining all of its original environmental effects. Lighting, dust particles, steam, and water droplets are all rendered with impressive visual fidelity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.senses.se\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/gnowee-1440p.jpg\" data-rel=\"penci-gallery-image-content\" ><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.senses.se\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/gnowee-1440p-1000x562.jpg\" alt=\"Foto: \u00a92024 \u2013 Exbleative - Exo One - Explore!\" class=\"wp-image-71550\"\/><\/a><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">Photo: \u00a92024 \u2013 Exbleative<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Exo One<\/em> fosters a meditative gameplay experience. Players can easily lose themselves in gliding through the environments, enjoying the soundtrack, and taking their time to progress.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>One of <em>Exo One<\/em>&#8216;s defining characteristics, the freedom to explore environments independently, also presents a challenge. While the game offers clues to guide players, these can be subtle and easily missed, potentially leading to aimless wandering in search of the next objective.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.senses.se\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/jung02-1440p.jpg\" data-rel=\"penci-gallery-image-content\" ><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.senses.se\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/jung02-1440p-1000x562.jpg\" alt=\"Foto: \u00a92024 \u2013 Exbleative - Exo One - Life!\" class=\"wp-image-71551\"\/><\/a><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">Photo: \u00a92024 \u2013 Exbleative<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>The core mechanic of using gravity to build momentum can be somewhat problematic. While the rest of the game promotes a sense of fluidity, the gravity mechanic can feel clunky, leading to frustration when attempting specific maneuvers. Furthermore, the in-game tutorial is insufficient in explaining how to effectively build and maintain momentum to reach desired destinations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.senses.se\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/ocean02-4k.jpg\" data-rel=\"penci-gallery-image-content\" ><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.senses.se\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/ocean02-4k-1000x562.jpg\" alt=\"Foto: \u00a92024 \u2013 Exbleative - Exo One -  The ocean. \" class=\"wp-image-71552\"\/><\/a><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">Photo: \u00a92024 \u2013 Exbleative<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>In conclusion, <em>Exo One<\/em> offers an intriguing experience, but falls short of receiving our highest <a href=\"https:\/\/www.senses.se\/sa-satter-vi-betyg-pa-senses-se\/\">recommendation<\/a>. This is primarily due to the somewhat unrefined game mechanics, which do not quite match the overall quality of the game&#8217;s other aspects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em><a href=\"https:\/\/exo-one-game.com\/\">Exbleative<\/a><\/em> provided a review code for this assessment.
