The design of the Roborock Flexi Pro elicits varied opinions within our team. Overall, it presents an aesthetically pleasing and functional design. To maximize its utility, strategic placement in a readily accessible area, such as the kitchen, is recommended. As previously noted, the water tanks present a key challenge. Failure to pre-fill the clean water tank increases the likelihood of interruptions during cleaning. Regular emptying of the dirty water tank is crucial; its small capacity can lead to unpleasant odors if left unattended for extended periods. Operating the vacuum cleaner with a full, stagnant dirty water tank can also result in a musty odor emanating from the unit itself.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

During operation, the battery level depletes relatively quickly. Expect approximately 30\u201340 minutes of runtime in Auto mode, dependent on the amount of dirt detected. Consequently, this unit may not be suitable for comprehensive cleaning in larger homes on a single charge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Upon docking the vacuum cleaner in the charging station, users can initiate the self-cleaning cycle, either manually via a button on the unit or through automated scheduling. This process utilizes 60-degree Celsius water to clean the mop. Given the potential noise generated, scheduling the self-cleaning cycle or initiating it when the home is unoccupied is advisable if the charging station is located in a central area. The cleaning cycle is relatively brief, contingent on sufficient clean water and available dirty water capacity. A subsequent drying phase lasts 30-60 minutes, during which the unit operates at a significantly reduced noise level.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our overall impression of the Roborock Flexi Pro is mixed. While it delivers effective cleaning performance, its combination vacuum and mop functionality (without the option to disable the mopping) limits its use on carpets or surfaces unsuitable for mopping. With a recommended retail price of approximately 6500 SEK, it represents a significant investment. The small water tank capacity presents a practical limitation. Although it may not replace a conventional vacuum cleaner, the Flexi Pro can serve as a useful complement for specific cleaning tasks, provided the user understands its limitations, empties the dirty water tank frequently, and primarily uses it in homes without wall-to-wall carpeting. Ultimately, it is a capable device for achieving a sparkling clean.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
