In Gears of War 5<\/a><\/strong> (on PC), we observed enhanced positional audio cues, particularly in the directionality of gunfire, while speech clarity diminished. In adventure games like Broken Sword<\/strong> (which lacks a dedicated surround sound mix), the effect introduced a metallic and echoing quality, with the added noise from the Dolby processor detracting from the experience. In these scenarios, the standard audio mode proved superior.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
